That's what I'm thinking best way to remove them?

Hard to tell from the photo but my guess is vermetid snails. Usually torches multiply by splitting as they grow. Although they can bud, I have no experience with that and will let someone else chime in.

If they are vermetids, they are a frustrating pest and you will want to scrape them off asap

scrape off like a scab lol. or glue over it.
