Swimming into flow can also be a sign of some of the worse diseases, combined with powdery white coat you should try to get a better pic and be prepared to treat with copper. Hunt down the velvet and ich write ups by humblefish on this forum.

I am suspicious this is going to be velvet unfortunately.

It's almost powdery white? I don't know if its just stress or not but she has been eating fine and is becoming more social
