I thought this was a mini brittle starfish however mine has six legs, not 5, an there seems to be a hole in the center of its body. Can anyone help me figure out if this is a good guy, bad guy, or sick guy, please? Thanks!

This is just another mini brittle star, which often vary in the number of arms they have (@Double monti 61 should know very well 
).
The hole is concerning, though, since they are associated with dying brittle stars (although I recall at least one instance where a captive brittle star recovered from this condition).

It looks like the hole is passing through the entire of the brittle star's central disk, though.
