New house! now time to resurrect my custom 189g....pic heavy

So I had my tank built in 2008 and it was running for about 3 years. My daughter was diagnosed with leukemia and I had no time to maintain the system. The display tank is 67”x 26”x 25” tall. I’m building a custom sump and ATO out of acrylic, all color matched white, clear, and blue. The dims on it will be 47”x 18”x 16” tall. ATO tank will be 10”x 18”x 16” tall. Water volume for DT is 189 gallons, sump will be 59g, and the ATO is 12.5g. Stand and canopy are completely custom and stained a darker cherry oak. The doors on the canopy have been changed to open out instead of down. Wire channel will be added to make the underside neat and clean.

I will be running carbon/ gfo through custom reactors that will color match sump. A U/V sterilizer will also be ran. For return pump I have an ecotech L1. For flow in the tank I’ll be running 2 or 3 ecotech mp40wqd’s. I have a hurricone cat1 skimmer. I’ll have a kalk stirrer run in line with ATO. More than likely after the tank gets stocked I’ll have to start dosing 2 part. Not sure as of now if I’m going to run a refugium, didn’t before with excellent results.

Lighting I’m going with 4 xr30g4 pro’s. I have multiple 4” ac infinity fans in the canopy for cooling. I’ll be running an apex controller to be able to monitor the tank while away at work as well as having automated controlled features.

With having my new house built I’m able to do some custom feature for my fish room. Any suggestions you all may have are more than welcome!! I’m going to have the tank in wall to be seen from both rooms. I’m going to have a floor drain near the tank. I’m going to run RO tubing from mixing station in garage. I’m going to run an exhaust fan through the wall and vent outside. I will more than likely be running a separate frag and fish quarantine systems.

Here is the layout of the new sump/ ATO. also how it will fit under the stand using a cardboard template. Here is a pic of my acrylic stash made up of all different sizes and colors. There is a pic of everything i have purchased thus far for my build and stored under the stand.

To get some of the cuts and pieces I have access to a laser and have different things cut. Makes for a perfect fit and finish.

So here is the blueprint for my new house. Let me know what I could add to make this the ultimate build!! My tank room is the front right room as soon as you enter the front door. The tank is marked on the print.

Will you have a water supply and a floor drain in that room?

Floor drain yes, water supply for a sink prob not. I will be running a line from my ro system in garage to the room.

I'd try to run the line during the framing stage. Would be way easier than after drywall and insulation is installed.

Doors were made from scratch....everything in my build will be custom built to my needs. All finish wood is red oak and stained cherry with two coats of gloss.
