I know I am not very handy but none of the bulbs fire up in this unit. 2 of the 4 turned on for 2 seconds and turned off. What am I missing here?

The lamps flashing are a safety feature in the ballast. Couple questions.

Are both lamps installed in the fixture with the power off? Then power on?

When swapping lamps around make sure to do it with the unit unplugged.

Label each lamp 1 - 4 so you can keep track better.

If one pair fires, move that pair to the other fixture to verify both operate. Then swap one lamp with the set at a time to see if one lamp or lamps give you a problem.

Majority of the time we find the lamps are causing the problem.

Please let me know, will be glad to help.

I figured it out. Didn't realize both lamps needed to be plugged in to fire up. Up and running now. Just release the ceiling covers now, lol.

It comes with the hanging kit in the form of the two leads, that's it.

@AquaticLifeProducts quick question. Was the light supposed to come with the bracket that screws into the ceiling?
Kyl is correct. We supply the suspension wire with the loop to attach. Depending on the ceiling you may need a hook with a wood thread or some may use the toggle bolts that expand when pushed into drywall.
