new LED light

So i ordered a LED light and was wondering if anybody else has this light? Aquarium LED Lights: Marineland LED Aquarium Light
is this enough light to have a small reef in a 20g? or 10g? or mostly just a FOWLR tank?

Pay attention to the spot where the power cord plugs into the fixture. After a year mine corroded away. Which made it easy to do with it what I should have done when I got it... throw it away. I can't believe a big name brand like Marineland can sell such junk!
