Hi,

My name is Neal Berger and i live in Bergen County, NJ. I'm a new member on Reef2Reef. I had some saltwater fish when i was a kid (57 now) and I acquired a 600 gallon saltwater tank about 1+ year ago. There is another forum member who is helping me with it (read: doing everything :).

I have quite a lot of showpiece fish including a Unicorn Tang with a large unicorn, A Naso (not Blonde but more Orange and Black- forget the name)- was tough getting those 2 to be friends, a true Hawaiian Tang from Hawaii before the ban, an Achilles Tang, a variety of peaceful wrasses, sweetlips harloquin (Grub family), Leopard Sweetlips, Dragon Wrasse, and numerous other fish that I cannot think of at the moment. This is a reef tank and I do have a variety of corals but i'm really just getting started in building out the aquascaping.

I tend to look for exotic, rare, beautiful fish that are a good fit for the tank in terms of playing nicely as well as keeping my corals intact. I have about a 18+" Leather "willow" coral (not official name) that is really beautiful with extended polyps. I have numerous hammers that are all thriving.

I'm looking for large coral colonies (ideally colonies that have outgrown the owner's tank), i look for exotic fish that come from a good home and I'm currently looking for rock (flat and the rock that looks like a tree branch).

Sorry for my lack of exact names on some of these items. If I learn how to post photos, i'll do so.

i look forward to learning and contributing!

Neal
