New MH-P.Compact Fixture

Ok guys i just bought this fixture from a local guy. I cant seem to find a brand name to it but it looked like a good deal for $50.. Its a 48" MH/PC Light fixture. Plus he gave me 4 brand new PC Antic bulbs for free. The only thing is both the MH bulbs are burned up. And one of the ballasts is burned up too. Is this a good deal.? And where can i find a new 250watt ballast for it.?

Yeah it really is right.. Now I'm just wondering if i should invest the money to fix it. Im wondering if it will be worth it.?
