New ocean magic jar

I much prefer your old container for the ocean magik. The new set up I have to keep track of the little cup and pouring the phytoplankton into the little cup can make a mess. Then I’ve got to rinse the container and the cup. Any chance you go back to the old set up?

No chance, the new and improved cup is here to stay. You’re gonna love it once you have gotten the swing of it. And when you get used to this new set up they’ll change that one too.

We’ve maintained the same low price on OceanMagik for over nine years, and to keep it that way (especially with rising tariffs), we recently made the switch to the same jar we use for pods, which is made from a more earth-friendly and recyclable material. If you have one of the old bottles lying around, you can rinse it out thoroughly and use a funnel to transfer the phyto from the jar into the bottle. Then, use it as you always have. Another option is to use a pipette or a similar device so that you're not pouring directly from the jar into the dosing cup or your aquarium.


If you don’t have an old bottle on hand, no worries! Reach out to our support team with your order number the next time you place an order for OceanMagik, and we’ll see if we can send one of the last bottles from our warehouse with your next order.

Just started getting back into adding phyto and pods a couple months ago. Picked up a mandarin a little while ago. Wasn’t looking so good when I got it. Tank was ready, but I wanted to amp it up. He’s looking really healthy now. Great product. It’s not a deal breaker. I’ll order again. Thanks again.
