New Orphek OR4 bars. acclimation time?

Installing two Orphek OR4 Sky blue light bar as supplemental light to be used alongside my 5 radion xr15 gen 4. Tank is a 200 gallon sps dominant mixed reef. Lighting schedule is a modified AB+with blues in the morning then ramp up to heavy whites for 3 hours then a ramp down to blues in the evening. With adding these new OR4s in acclimation mode default is 30% intensity. How long should I run the OR4 in acclimation mode before increasing? I understand that I will need to bring down my xr15s to match par with the new bars. After acclimation how much should I increase the light bars to safely bring up the intensity

Ordered directly from orphek. OR4 aren't at any local shops yet. Had to wait a month as they were still finishing the upgrades before they shipped them.

I have mine on order as well. I’m curious as to how you mounted yours? I currently have 3x xr30s sideways (running length of tank) with the 3x rms arms. I’m considering just mounting the bars to the lights and letting the 3 arms carry the weight.

Operational Details:

• The Acclimation program runs continuously for 10 days.
• On the 11th day, the device’s light will revert to Program mode.

Intensity Progression:

• Day One starts with all channels at an intensity of 30%.
• Each subsequent day sees a 3% increase in light intensity.
• On the last day (Day 10), the intensity reaches 60%.

I started mine at 40% in acclimation mode over a few weeks got them to 100%. Did the same with my 26HD started at 50% worked my way to 80% since its my primary light.

The acclimation mode is automatic. This mode runs continuously for 10 days and each day the intensity increases by 3%. On the 10th day it reaches 60%. Now you simply shut off the acclimation mode and the light should run the installed Helius program. You can shut the acclimation mode off anytime if you like.

I absolutely LOVE mine. Once I got them going,its been smooth sailing. I kinda want to swap my 26HD out for a reef day one and a UV or Sky Blue one but idk,I like the Hydra 26hd too much.

When you are in the acclimation mode, the intensity will automatically increase by 3% and continue to do this for ten days. One the 11th day the app will automatically shift to the program mode. So no need to do anything. You can check where the intensity level is by clicking on the dashboard icon.
