New Reefer 525 XL Deluxe... build /setup help!

Purchased my first Red Sea Reefer and went with the 525 XL Deluxe. Looking to get going with the list below and as this is my first post on R2R hoping I can get some guidance or help with manifold builds...also additional equipment. Any recommendations or guidance is appreciated!

Just what kind of guidance or help with a manifold build do you need?

I had a Cadlight 120g with a sump and I did all custom plumbing, including a manifold. I'm willing to try and help, but I have no idea what kind of help you are asking for. What is your biggest issue or concern?
