New Reefer Looking for Advice and Support

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the saltwater reef aquarium hobby and I'm excited to be part of this community. I joined Reef2Reef because I want to learn from experienced reef keepers and improve my knowledge.

I know I'll have a lot of questions along the way, so I really appreciate any advice, tips, or feedback you can share. Thank you in advance for your patience and support.

My current setup:

• Tank: [waterbox 25 peninsula ]
• Age of the tank: [2 months]
• Filtration: [AIO]
• Lighting: [PopBloom RL60]
• Flow: [Jecod DW-5 + Wi-FI controller]
• Protein Skimmer: [Aqua excel Nano50D]
• Livestock: [Fish, corals, cleanup crew]
• Parameters:
  • Salinity: [35 ]
  • Temperature: [ 26c]
  • Alkalinity: [7 ]
  • Nitrate: [25 ]
  • Phosphate: [0.5 ]

I'm looking forward to learning, sharing my progress, and becoming a successful reef keeper. Thanks for welcoming me!

Thank you JumboShrimp, It is only 2 months but i brought the live rocks with corals from someone, they're in my tank almost 3 weeks.

Those palys have palytoxins which can be extremely harmful to humans. I know of a reefer who is blind in one eye due to them.
