So I got a new router (Orbi 870) and now my fusion will not work. I also cannot connect locally, it just comes up a blank neptune screen. Everything else (50+ devices) is working perfectly, but of course the apex doesn't work. :angry-face: Any ideas out side of resetting everything? I have done that all countless times including the router, modem, apex, etc.

I have the 850 and it works mostly fine.
Occasional disconnects, once per month, but scared to upgrade apex.

If you switch back to the old router does it work?

Honestly I haven't tried because it would be a PIA
Have upgraded routers 3x. Each time the ssid (network name) and login are the same so we dont have to re enter new names.
You have probablydone this too.

First, verify that the 2.4Hz band is enabled for the wireless network (SSID) you are trying to use with the Apex. Also, if that SSID is configured for WPA3-Personal, change it to use WPA2-PSK + WPA3-Personal.

I was able to put it in WiFi mode and reconnect, now fusion is working, but when I try to connect locally on a PC it just shows a blank Neptune screen, anyone ever seen that or know how to prompt the password to show up?
