I just received my royal urchin today and he right away went straight to the hair algae growing on the rocks. He has spent the entire day there and has been mowing it all the way down. In addition, I had some sp. Ulva (Sea Lettuce) in the tank and he is now wearing it. He started out with a little bit on his back and now he has completely covered himself with it. He is hilarious, I guess he likes his flair. In addition to wearing the lettuce, my lawnmower blenny has been eating it off of his spines, and that is way funny too. I love this little guy so much already and he is my first ever urchin that I have have ever had in a salt tank. Are there any people out there that know urchins and how to keep them healthy as I am a newbie with them? Any input would be much appreciated. :tea::tea:
