New rw-8 stopped working

I unplugged my new rw-8 a couple days ago while i was moving around my QT tanks. I went to set up the pump today and... nothing. I switched the controllers and that wasn't the problem. I could feel a click in the motor area, but the impeller wasn't turning. It's not clogged and the pump, being quite new, is still clean- no algae growth.

Any ideas about what might be wrong and how to fix it?

So...I threatened to take it apart...It works now. No idea why it wasn't working or why it is now because I didn't actually do anything...
