New Skimmer Mod

I'm going to test this mod soon on my bubble magnus nac3. yesterday I found some excellent heavy mesh on a paint roller, I cut it to size and put two layers on my needle wheel. I also did the pill bottle mod, within 6 hours I have a semi brown skim mate, about 1" worth, the bubbles are so foamy now that I had to reduce the flow from a few ticks past 4 to just under 4.

but here is the mod i'm going to try on my atman pump. i just do not know if i want to mutilate my current wheel just yet.

I think it's the atman 1100. Interested in seeing your results.

yes it's for the Atman1100, installed and foaming more than ever, my skimmer (nac3) would pull about 1" to 2" of lightly colored skimmate every week. It's now at about 3/4" of skimmate and it's been less than one day.
