New SPS moving

how lon do you let new pieces settle in before moving them if not happy? I picked up a dozen pieces 2 days ago. Some of them are happy, good PE. A couple have no PE at all. How long do you let them settle in before moving to another spot?

Couple weeks. The less the better. I still have some on frag racks that I meant to move a long time ago but am afraid to because they’re growing fine where they are lol.

Few weeks at least. Don't judge the health of your SPS by polyp extension. Growth and color IMO is what I look for. The green slimer in our tank is as hairy as can be while the red planet is not but it is glowing pink and growing crazy.

I dont move them ever. Put them in high flow and good light and leave them be.
