I’m sorry that you feel that way.

When we receive our fish we begin to acclimate them into our system. Once they are ready, we move them from our acclamation station to the main tanks. During this process we take the photos. It's done very quickly with minimal stress to the fish. We don't use nets to transfer the fish because the net can get stuck to the fins and hurt the fish. We use our hands to transfer them. Yes, our hands! We do not drop or hurt the fish using this method. In some cases, we use plastic containers to transfer the fish. I can assure you that this causes minimal stress. Once they are in our main system, we do not take them out to take photos.

At check out, you should have the options of shipping, delivery or pick up. Shipping is a flat rate of $50. Local delivery has different prices depending on where in NY or NJ it’s going. Pick up is always free.
