So I'm gonna get a new sump for my 75g . I was looking at a bashsea biofuge, the 30"x10x14, or the 24" one. Are they a good pick? Should i go with the bigger size? If I put my skimmer, return pump in, what else does everyone suggest putting in the sump? Right now it's a fowlr system. I was also looking at a Skimz sumpro sump. Is that a good pick?
Also looking for other sump ideas in the $200-$350 range.
Thank you :)

I really like the trigger sumps and currently use the crystal 30. Something along the lines of the Crystal 36 would work good for you based off your plumbing and falls within your price range. Skimmer, return pump, heater, any probes or dosing lines, reactors are all things you can keep in your sump :)

I had one on my 55 a while back and I loved it. Excellent build quality plus at the time my stand was very narrow and they were the only ones I could find that made one 10" wide with good quality. Also the black and blue color scheme is a plus

Phillyd you didn't specify, you had a Simplicity sump? We have a 10.5" model but we don't use any blue so I thought you maybe you could clarify what brand you are referring too.

you won't be disappointed with the bashsea. I've had two now and won't buy another brand of sump. here is the custom one I had made a years or 2 ago.

Thanks everyone! :)
So, whatever sump I get, other than the skimmer and other equipment, whst else is good to put in? Any filter media? I'm not really 100% sure of how a sump works. Just the basics haha

For a 75 gallon DT, if you've got the room I would just get a 40 breeder and call it a day. One up, one down, a skimmer, a heater and an ATO. These sumps look like power plants these days and it's really not needed IMO. Keep it simple. GL.
