Today, I finally was able to get all the fish I've been wanting.

The LFS that I normally visit is moving soon so everything was 50% off!

I had wanted two Yellow Tangs and a Desjardin Sailfin Tang for a while but was unable to find a Desjardin Sailfin. I tried to buy the three from the LFS for a while but they wouldn't sell because they were in their main display tank. Well.... since they are moving, they were willing to sell the three AND at 50% off. I rushed up there and was able to get them!!

I also got a Purple Tang and a hammer coral. I also picked up some other coral and some more AMAZING live rock. I also have a Naso Tang that is coming in the next few days but they weren't going to try to get him out of the display tank today.

Needless to say, I am very happy to get the fish that I want and at a really amazing price.

Nice pics and a great find on the new fish! Someday I want a big tank with lots of tangs, really nice natural looking reef tank.

nice fish

gotta tell you though man
that desjardin looks more like a regular sailfin
i have never seen a red sea tang with a yellow tail

Yeah, I think you might be right. Regardless, they're already all a 'set' so I would have got them anyway.

Just keep an eye on the cap...It looks to be a green montipora from the looks of the edges just very stressed out! If you just got it you may want to lower it in the tank for a while!

x2 on keeping an eye on it but to me it looks like green growth rims. Just as some species of monti cap have white growth rims.

I'll keep an eye on it but I compared my pics to pics I took while it was still at the LFS and it seems the same. I think the green is growth rims based on what the guys at the LFS were telling me.

Thanks guys! Wouldn't want to lose that coral.
