So I am awaiting my new JBJ 65. it is a 36" long tank. I only ordered 1 of the new Hydra 32's. My original plan was to get a 26 and use my existing Prime HD to have 3 pucks total. Well now I will have the new gen Hydra and last gen Prime. The new has different pucks then last gen. You think I will still be ok? Will they be able to parent/child? I can always get a 2nd Hydra down the road. The coral I am moving in there and planning to keep is softy and LPS with 1 plating Monti in.

!!! Welcome to R2R !!! I think you will be fine since you're only keeping softy corals.
