New tank stand build and setup constructive comments welcome.

Does anyone have any "constructive" insight into this design. New build, basic 2x4s 10 feet long. Mainly how best to mount lights so they are solid. can be screwed into wall. 2xt5 4' fixtures x 4 bulbs. Also have 2 extra LED fixtures for 30'x30' coverage 1 Radion Xr15. 53g are 4'x3'x1' and the 32g already exist but want to put them all together in addition to my 2-year old 100g. My BTAs are splitting and might put them into the 32g with the clowns. 2 lowboys are for holding my current corals and rocks while I clean out the 100-g and reset it. Then they can become growout and QT tanks or 1 SPS and 1 lower light? Ideally it would be set uo to the right tank gravity feeds to the lower tank which pumps into 32g then into the higher tank and rinse and repeat. Trying to eliminate pumps if I can. Nothing set in stone, just building on a design Apple AI spat out at me.

Have auto-water changers and ATO can put sump underneath if needs be.

I’m a big fan of hanging lights from the ceiling (or inside of a cabinet) but having some way to raise them out of the way for maintenance. A chain with a carabiner, or a pulley system or a tilt away lid all are commonly used for this purpose.

thanks, yes I have another sketch with a pulley mounted to another bar, or several, and I suppose putting 2 braces in front instead of having it "screwed" into the wall - I have the Radion rail mounts on the 100 and love that but this is bigger so a cross beam on top for sure then hang them down. I just want to keep the front section clear of bracing - new to this but have built a successful bird house before ;) Can't drive drill, dang ai auto-correct, into the apt ceiling unfortunately I have asked the landlord so often he just laughs at me.

A few months later we got notice that they wanted to fumigate, now. I had at least 1 125 gallon reef running by that time and a new baby, my wife had rabbits and they let us move in before they fumigated?!

I installed a dishwasher in the kitchen and a garage door opener that we gave them when we moved out into our own house.

I once built a 4x8 koi pond in a house I was renting, and I forgot to ask for permission, just because I was that guy way back when.

For the record, I had asked permission to paint the interior of the house and a few other improvements before we moved in and they gave us the runaround until we had the keys.
A few months later we got notice that they wanted to fumigate, now. I had at least 1 125 gallon reef running by that time and a new baby, my wife had rabbits and they let us move in before they fumigated?!

Hey I always digress... at least it was a fair trade, usually I can get away with things like drilling holes through the walls to run RODI tubes to the mixing tubs :) bit of spackle and a lick of paint and Bob's your uncle, of which I actual have on, an uncle Bob... I am also not a fan of heights and being disabled and visually challenged doesn't allow me this luxury and the super has told me repeatedly he cannot help me modify "company" whatever, assets? Usually he's great if it something to add to a tab as a converter but nothing "permanent". SO still going with wood, attaching 2 of those 350lb camping rope hoists to lift and lower the T5s, the XR15 is light enough just to hang from a braced hook and arm I think

Also trying to figure out best height for emergency overflow which will go to kitchen sink drain so need some height but I am 6'2" so can raise the whole stand higher. More gravity - fewer pumps and things to go wrong. Still have 2 months before I start buying and building.

The only thing I remember about house drains is that code has a drop of only a quarter inch per foot of ~horizontal pipe run, or 2 inches of drop per 8' section of pipe. It doesn't take much to keep the water moving downhill.
