This is my first aquarium with sump. So I really don't have any idea with plumbing. It's a 60×30×21 peninsula tank (sump 40×25×25 stand.60×30×30). The tank is still in making process so I can still make some changes. Right now they give a design with beam animal drain (3 × 1 inch) and two 3/4 return with manifold ( I want to run a 55w lifeguard uv sterilizer and a carbon reactor through the manifold). will a single cor20 is powerful enough to run all the stuff ? Is the 3/4 return suitable for this tank? Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks in advance

The drains sound fine. I might think about a different pump to run all the things you have planned to run off the manifold.
Personally, I run an Abyzz. Spendy yes, but I only had to buy a return pump once...

I did 3x 1.5" drains for my 60x36x27" tank and 2x1" returns. Although I do process a lot of water and a lot of people are moving to do less these days. I have a chiller, UV, carbon/gfo and spare off the manifold. I don't think you'll have an issue with 1.5" but you can't undo 1". I would definitely do 1" returns, as less restriction will help a great deal.
