Hi guys - paranoid reefer here married to a non-paranoid reefer SOS.
One of us started fragging the duncan with a dremel without wearing a mask and with dogs nearby.
Is there reason for concern?
And yes - there was dust.

I would get the dogs checked out, or maybe just take them for a walk to calm down.

I saw a video this week where a Psyc doctor was talking about 'Toxic Brains.' Great quote (or almost quote) was "Don't believe everything your brain tells you." Anxiety feeds itself. It's ok to tell your brain that you won't listen to the negative thoughts that it is creating to fill in space in your mind. All brains do this, we have to tell them to shut up, and it can be very important to do this to avoid a non-stop negative feedback loop from running wild.

Tell your brain to be quite! Try it.
