They like medium flow and low - medium light! If the light is too high it has a high chance of bleachin.

I keep mine in area of low to moderate light and medium flow which for me is mid tank

That's a Leptastrea, not Leptoseris

Leptoseris are usually found in deeper (even borderline mesophotic) waters and under overhangs, where there is available light.
