I don't know if it is the best camera for the price...but I had a friend who's pic's were great and it's what he was using....Maybe NikonGuy could give some advice.....

One thing to keep in mind, some of it is the camera, but a lot of it is the person taking the pictures.

As much as I hate to admit it, if I were going to buy a point and shoot camera as my primary camera today, it would be the Canon Powershot A 640. To me this camera gives the most bang for the buck in the point and shoot category.

in my case all I wanted to do was get some coral pic's..... I do take trips on the Hog but I hardly ever take a camera.... I'd get a cramp in my finger trying to take pic's of all the ******* and most arn't worth the effort :lol:

And you have/are indeed getting some cool coral pictures.

Yeah, I've noticed that, the gals that are most willing to show their stuff have stuff that I'd rather not see!:D
