Ive been looking at the ice cap sumps from coral vue. Im impressed by what I see

Good choice on the ATO. Question: is your protein skimmer in the same chamber of the sump as your return sump? If so, how does that effect your skimmer? The reason I ask is, the return side of the sump usually varies the most by far as far as water level because of evap, top off and such.

Ya i look in to them to i just didnt like the ato chamber it wouldn't be enough for me

Thanks i got that ato on a sale couldnt pass it up. With the sump i have now i took the egg crate shelves out and put the skimmer in the second compartment but i order thr trigger cube emerald should be here Wednesday its a lot more room

So everything is in and hook up skimmer is going a little crazy. O want to to set and a refugium but i dont want to use sand.....can i get away with a marine pure block instead....

ive add 2 ocellaris clownfish and so far so good looking a good test kit at the moment just using api
