New to Salt Water Fishing!

Hello! I’m new here I’ve recently set up a salt water tank and let’s face it I’m a novice and have no idea what I’m doing, but I think it looks pretty (being female).

I’ve just ordered an Electric Blue Hermit Crab - (Calcinus elegans) and a few Snail - Banded Trochus (Trochus histrio)

I have no idea if this is a good start, I really want to get more of gorgeous corals for my reef rocks.

Any advice is much appreciated!

For snails and crabs, assure tank has sufficient food supply such as algae and other things to nibble on). If thats a plastic plant, in time remove as some have sharp edges that will scratch a fish and there is controversy with them leaching Petroleums with plastic in seawater. Silk ones are safer
