WELCOME TO R2R friend....

Here’s an older pic of my 55, and a narrow stand...
I used the following to fit the limited space;
Overflow - Eshopps PF300
Sump - Eshopps 3rd generation RS-75 (limited under tank space)
Skimmer - Octo Classic CLSC-110SS 5" compact with AQ1000s pump
Controller - APEX Classic with EB8, Temp and Lab grade PH probe
ATO Tank -
ATO - Neptune ATK with OS-1-M Optical level sensors and magnetic mount
Sump high water sensor - Neptune OS-1 Opticl Sensor tied in to Apex
Return Pump - Danner Supreme Aqua Mag Model 7

WELCOME!!!!
Good start there. Make a plan and lay it out. Take your time and do A LOT of research here. Once you have a concrete plan, run it by us on this forum. Start a build thread. Take your time. Take your time and, one last thing, take your time.
The overflow should be fine and I never really saw any benefit to adjusting the drain flow. Your flow is generally best controlled at the return pump.
