Hey all! Im Tim. Iv been reefing for almost a year now. Been fish keeping for 10 plus years Started off with a 55 gallon, and now running a 120. Starting the process of moving into a larger apartment this weekend. Setting up my 55 long their first to move corals and fish into. I got a few things I need to do to the 120 like add in a check valve on the return line. And add in a ATO tank under the stand (been using a 32 gallon brute can on the side) I'll have better access to top off water where the tank is going to be placed. So I'll be able to run my RODI straight to the top off system. Finally gonna be adding in some larger Rock for the scaping.

The tank is mostly gonna be LPS, but I do want to venture into SPS someday.

I'm hoping to find this community is way more helpful and not filled with useless comments that may discourage people. Unlike most of the Facebook groups I find.

Hoping to learn even more and grow with you guys.

Thank you for reading.

Hey Tim, unfortunately you will get negative comments wherever you share your aquarium, however for me reef2reef provides more helpful comments then negative if you are in need of any help,
Your aquarium looks very similar to mine but very high in regards to volume :)

Unfortunately. I get that haha. People can be cruel lol.

The more positive and helpful comments is what I am looking for.

Thank you all so far for the warm welcomes.

Photo is of the tank a few months back.

Here is a more recent one. Got a little busy with my new frag saw.

Traded some of my corals with another reefer for some of his.

Once moved into the new place I have a few plans like I mentioned above to make it look even nicer.

Welcome to R2R!

That’s sad that you have got bad comments about your tank, I think it looks just fine to me!

(Nice wave maker by the way ;))
Thank you! Yeah unfortunately there are some nasty people on Facebook lol. Oh well! Just looking for a new community to be apart of.

Thank you. I do rather like this wave maker.
