So I just purchased this ATO. Have it set up but I have a frame at the top of my tank which juts out just a little. This prevents me from attaching the sensor with magnet at a high enough level to keep the tank filled almost to the top. I don't use a sump. Any attachments to adjust for the frame, or suggestions that would allow me to raise the sensor while keeping it in a vertical position.

When I had a riimed 20 gallon, I got the dremel out and notched a small groove for the wire to sit. Worked great and helped hold the wire more secure.

Another option may be the universal holder. It's for the full Osmolator, so it includes two supports. One for the float and one for the optical. I had to use one due to the configuration of my tank.

The Osmolator manual shows the mounting options.
