1) Bulk Reef Supply is the first place I check for any dry goods. If it's urgent, Amazon prime for sure. 2 days guarantee even you ordered it in the middle of the night. Some items even have free 1 day shipping.
2) LiveAquaria is the only place I buy live fish/coral from.

Dry Goods: usually local or eBay, depending on what it is. Every once and a while at Petco if it's an emergency.

Live: for fish...LFS or not-so-LFS in Orange County (Reef Lounge, Seaside Tropical Fish, etc). I did just buy my first online fish (a juvenile French Angel and Sargassum Trigger) from a guy in Puerto Rico that sells on eBay. For corals...mostly online or swapping with local reefers.

Livestock would be between two lfs @WWC or @TSA

For dry goods well I like to keep my local businesses around so I buy from the same places.

For dry goods : BRS and ebay/amazon for brand which are not sold by BRSS
For livestock : Local business for fishs and corals mainly, a few trustable Facebook auction groups (multiple sellers)

I try to support my lfs first. Intank LLC really helped me with a piece of equipment that wasn't being made any longer.
