New (used) apex help.

Purchased a used Apex 3 pro. Has the trident and the DOS. From what i can tell I am connected and it working some what. PH probe is reading 2.0 which cant be right but dont have any calibration fluid right now so TBD on that. The energy bars status lights will not turn on or do anything at all. I tried programming one of the outlets to always be on and the item will not turn on so I assume the EB8 is not working properly. Ive tried watching videos but im not having much luck with this specific problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

Update. Had ph and orp in wrong spots. They working now. No luck on the eb8

Hmm. Maybe reach out to support. They should be able to see what’s going on from their end.
