New V4’s added to my old V2.1s

Hi all I’ve just added 2 new V4’s to my system, eventually I will replace the V2.1s with 4’s but they still have a few years life in them yet. The PAR is now incredible I’m getting 250 on the sand bed and 500 on the upper corals... and I’m only running the V4’s at 50% on all 4 channels the 2.1s are at 90%. Obviously the coverage I’m getting is incredible... I will start playing with the channels and colour blend in a few weeks once the tank has acclimatised to the new intensity’s, but so far I am delighted..

Thanks, there is no disco effect at all, the blend is spot on

It’s 800L 66” long 30” f-b and I’ve got them 15” above the water. It’s overkill having 5 units, 3/4 would suffice, I only had the 3 V2 on for 2.5 yrs, only added to 2 new V4’s 2 weeks ago as I wanted a more blue look

I bought a seneye reef. So I could measure the PAR and then adjusted from there...I’m getting 500 PAR 6” below water surface at 50%

Thankyou, ive seen how your corals grow under your lights, it’s so good.... if I lived closer I’d be buying some frags off you..
