Unhealthy fish, terrible customer service and most expensive shipping costs around. I will never do business with this guy again. So bad that by the time he agreed to give me store credit, I no longer wanted to do business with him.

can you provide specifics, please?

Of course. I ordered a venustus angel. My third from here. The first order was a pair and one died on about day 3 and the other is still with me. The second order was to attempt to pair the remaining fish for the first order. The new one showed up with one eye really beat up looking but he was alive so I hoped for the best. Within twelve hours later the fish was laying on its side and died later that night. I got a flasher with the same order that's OK but came in scratching on everything which seems to be common with fish from NYA. Anyways, after a bunch of emails asking a bunch of questions about my QT setup, and trying his hardest to figure out how I killed this fish he finally agreed to give me credit. After being told that my QT regiment wasn't the right way to go about things because I added new fish with fish that had been in QT for a while, and him claiming no responsibility for the fishes health I was done and told him he could keep his credit and I'd take my business elsewhere.

I've order like 8 fish from him in the last year and they've all had something wrong with them, a lot of flukes, scratching and head shaking. Out of the 8, half have never ate and died within 3 days in my tank.

Honestly I would've been cool had he taken care of me and not argued with me for two days and tried his best to find a way to blame the fishes death on me. He gets some great fish in stock but doesn't matter if they don't live. He's great to talk to before the purchase but if there's something wrong with your order it not his fault ever.
