So I have my WXM connected..... I have no idea how to program stuff to it. This is what the dashboard looks like (obviously missing a lot right?)

I have 4 Radion XR30w Pros and 6 MP40’s but I’m only showing a couple radions and a few Mp40’s.

Any idea how to get WXM to recognize and then program them???

Was this WXM new or used? If it was used, I bet the items you see are from the previous owner and should be deleted.

Follow the process of clearing the Vortechs and Radion's and then follow the procedure to Attach the Pumps...
Here is Vortech:

On the Radion's you have to factory reset them, then go into WXM module and check the attach button and save configuration.

Ok. Can’t connect with the app, that isn’t a big deal yet..... no idea how to connect to WXM as I am still trying to program them, which has been a nightmare so far.

2 lights are running one spectrum, and the other 2 are running a different one. Can’t get all four on the same page. Really frustrating. I don’t see the factory reset options anywhere, as I’d like to start all over again

Yeah, I did all that, and I’m getting stuck with the ecotech live program. I haven’t even tried to attach them to the Apex yet

You shouldn't need to do anything in Ecotech Live. I set up my Radions & WXM without ever touching Ecotech live. Just follow Neptune's instructions.

+1 - you have to have all ecotech gear factory defaulted and run all setups through the Fusion dashboard. also make sure you don't have the Ecotech wireless unit anywhere on your system, just the WXM module to "catch" the wireless signals from the Ecotech pumps and lights.

Ok. connection with Apex is good. Why is one light on different settings than the rest? Is there an “easy” way to set them all to ramp up/down equally from 6am-6pm?

Configure one light with all the settings and schedule you want. Then go into the settings on the next light, and click the Copy icon at the top right, which will give you a list of Radions to copy from.

Select the light you already configured, then save the settings. Repeat this for each light. This is the only way since Apex & WXM doesn't currently have any way to group the lights for consolidated management.

Congrats! Nice work. Now enjoy your new Radion setup!

If you want to take them one step further, check out my tutorial on how to configure them for lunar lighting:
