Newbie T5 Issues?

Hey yall I bought a new Aquatic life T5 fixture from BRS and plugged it in for the first time last night. All 4 brand new ATI bulbs were functioning perfectly for about an hour then all the sudden one of my channels just cut off 2 of my bulbs. This is my first time owning a T5 so I'm not exactly sure how they operate. Do I need to return the fixture? Is there something i should be looking at closer? Thank Yall.

No probably each side has possible 1 ballast per 2 lights

Each side has 2 Bulbs. You have Channel 0 and 1 on each side. My channel 1 is out and I only have 1 Bulb functioning on each side now.
