Newly mixed salt question and concerns

Hello just started making my own ro water and salt water. I’ve noticed when i make ro water it is crystal clear nothing floating in the water or anything. As i add salt i notice when i turn off the return pump to stop mixing salt there is this residue on the surface of the water. What could this be and is it something to be concerned about, i use red sea blue bucket. I also read that its not getting enough surface agitation so i made another batch with the return pump facing upwards.

I get that too. I wouldn't worry about it. Mechanical filtration will remove it once it is in the tank.

You don't need to agitate the surface when mixing water.

Instant Ocean can really be bad for residue but I've been using it for 3 decades without an issue.
