Next teps and any pointers

Long story short for a birthday of mine my pops upgraded my 40 gallon breader that was my first ever tank to a 75 gallon. We found it on marketplace for an absolute steal that came with fish snails and 2 shrimp. As I was setting up and introducing them back everything was going well until the sea anenome got real mad and before I could get him out released toxics which killed 6/10 fish that where currently in the tank. I had absolutely no idea what to do everything was dying and cyno started to grow which resulted in me setting up a DIY tank for the 1 tomato clown 1 ocellaris clown 2 snails and 1 coral beauty. I did some research and with what I gathered I bleached the tank for a short peroid of time then rinsed it out very thoughtfully and slowly buildt the tank back up to a fraction of what it was. So far everything has gone well after the anenome. With the 2 clowns I added some chromis which I had in my first tank and loved. I had a hermit crab that went from my first tank into the 75 when I first got the 75 that has survived as well. I have tried adding in snails and a clean up crew to help out with what was normally eaten away by the previous cuc but I now have snails that don't last long. Not so much about the snail but any pointers or heads up with next steps to filling the tank back up with color as well as getting the tank back to a natural clean.

You got a second hand tank, brought it home and set it up. Did it have sand, and did you rinse the sand? The sand is like a diaper, and when you transfer a tank between homes its like shaking everything out of the diaper into your water. This is something that can kill fish and inverts quickly until everything settles back down into the sand which will take time.

I did, I never figured out what made the anenome upset. More concered about just restarting my first tank I did alot of things wrong and I really want to mend it on the 75 gallon and get on the right track
