I am doing daily water changes on QT tank.... vacuuming etc....
What do i do with this now?

Im not seeing anything on tang that jumps out but image is also filtered making it hard to clearly see the fish.
Im not a fan of ammonia badge and urge you to verify water by taking a water sample to a store that does NOT use Api kits and have them test your ammonia and nitrates and compare readings- then you'll know where your levels truly are at
how is fish breathing ?
is it eating?

No Meds - Like Canada - very hard to get here in NZ.
Copper Power has to be smuggled in...

Big Boy Blue - is looking much better today.
I have been doing large water changes....
Nitrates are through the roof, but I have sponge HOB filter - rinsed in salt water yesterday....

Brown Tang had a battle wound yesterday from Powder Blue ... he too looks better.

So I will do another large water change today and rinse the filters again... do the filter needs to be rinsed daily?

For nitrates try to add purigen into the HOB.
