Does anyone know anything going on with Nextreef? Phone number dont work anymore and there website is down

I just checked and the website is up but they are hard to get in touch with. I canceled an order not long ago because after talking with them and placing the order through a third party vendor I never could get in contact with them after that, so I canceled it.
