I'm curious too. I have an IM 15 gallon I bought off of FB marketplace. I thought one of these lights would be plenty for it. But now I am debating on just reselling it. More tanks = less time for other stuff. 😄

Will the hobby is Amazing tho why did you sell the light
Sorry - wasn't clear enough I guess. I never bought the light but I was considering it if I set up the IM 15 gallon. Right now I think I may just sell the tank, stand and accessories. I have an aqueon 10 gallon for coral QT when needed. The IM 15 was going to take its place.

Got one set up last week for my IM 15. They are MORE than adequate for a 15 gallon. 🔥 Mine is placed about 7 inches from the water line and I run them at 55% peak, maybe still too strong, time will tell! $95 Prime day price. Plan on getting the controller for another $50 though, pretty limited adjustments without, but it's a great light! 🐟

Did you use blue and violet 55% with white, red and green or you only run it all blues and violet?

So sorry @Zoaloard, I didn't see your question till now. If you're still wondering, I run the light from 11am to 11pm, set with a 2 hour ramp up and down. Since then, I've upped the juice and the corals are thriving. Here's my current setting ......

Red and green is really just a matter of preference, whatever looks pleasing to your eye.

My settings are shown on the previous post. Yeah, I was reluctant to try SPS too but the two "test" frags I got surprisingly are not only still alive, but they've grown. The orange Monti cap has doubled in size at least, and what I'm thinking is an Anacropora is still going strong too, although not growing nearly as fast as the Monti cap. I do dose AFR tho, 3ml a day.

Sorry for the late reply i got sick for a week and still recovering. My light is 1hr ramp up i only run 100% both VI & B for now. Nicrew is quite a good light. I tride adding montipora and 1 Bonsai Staghorn Acropora and its growing a bit. I will try rumping up the light after i won the battle of GHA its quite a stressful month. I will try VI & B 100%, W10%, G8% & R5%.
This is the top view of my tank right now. My tank is a evo 13.5g

I have the 13.5g Evo also. Looking for a new light. Can anyone compare the NICREW Nava 65 Reef to the 12” AI Blade Coral Grow light. It looks like I can get the Coral Grow for $165 and it comes programmable via cell phone app.
