My trigger has been hiding for a month now he's not swimming around just moving from spot to spot and hiding haven't seen him eat at all but still looks fat not sure what's going on

I have had a few over the years. Most were very sociable and curious. A couple were like yours and would hide away whenever someone entered the room. Give it time and hopefully it gets more comfortable out and about.

Looks like he has eye flukes aka neonendenia flukes
That is quite the diagnosis from a single photo in blue lighting. Do you think the flukes are causing the reclusive behavior as well?

I’ve had a few throughout the years and currently have one now. His eyes look normal as I can tell. Is he doing anything else out of the ordinary or abnormal?
