Im currently running a reactor with ROWAPHOS and just started running a nitrate reactor with biopellets. I also dose 12 ml's of NOPX. I know too much...my question is how do I ween off of NOPX or can I continue to do all three? My tank is 250 gallons.

Rowaphos removes phosphate. NOPOX removes nitrate. They treat different things. NOPOX does mention that it's best not to use it along side silicate type of chemical filtration.

NOPX also does nitrates.

I think you meant to say phosphate. It probably does help some since I recall it mentions about it, but its instruction in terms of dosage is all about nitrate level (if I recall correctly) and it is a form of carbon dosing, which I believe is to primarily reduce nitrate.

Yeah I did actually. So with the biopellets and NOPX, would that be overkill?

You generally would not need both to control nitrate, but could use both if the dose was appropriate.
