Questions:

Do you use a dosing pump? Have you checked the Hanna against another ALK test? Whats your calcium? Coral can't use calcium without ALK....

What's your other levels like?

Red sea ABC+ contains Alk. Stop dosing and see if your levels drop.

If you don't have a bunch of sps and coraline it can happen. You substrate can also buffer the tank. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Nitrate rising can also introduce alkalinity I think I've seen @Randy Holmes-Farley say.
It's the opposite. With rising nitrate, alkalinity is bound up. Once the nitrate is remove via denitrification/organism uptake, the alkalinity will be released. This might not be the technical explanation, but it's along these lines.

From looking at the tank, it appears to be new and also LPS dominant. LPS use far less calcium/alkalinity as they are very slow growers. Many LPS tanks are fine with just water changes.
