I’ve had this frag for about 4 months got it as a crust was told it was rra orange passion but hasnt showed any colors whatsoever. It has definitely grown and at a fast pace but no colors.

That’ll happen with higher nitrates. I’d let it creep down an little l bit incrementally and see if you get and improvement. Mine sit at 10ppm with 7.4dkh. I wouldn’t be surprised if you saw a difference in the 18-20 range with your alk.
 
I would guess it’s mainly because it’s mostly new growth. If you said it’s growing fast it makes sense. Maybe someone could chime in but I believe the rra op takes longer to see nice colors.
Nitrates being high shouldn’t cause pale colors ime. Low nitrate maybe, if not enough foods going into the tank.
