I just changed out the pieces of furniture next to my tank that housed my apex and everything else that I can’t put in my stand. Once I got everything hooked back up I primed the trident sample line but still had a red light on trident and it says no water sample on my Home Screen. I removed the triangle gray piece that covers and the vial and the light and verified that I am getting water into the vial and it is also disposing of it. Does anyone know what could be causing the trident to think it is not getting a sample when it actually is? Thanks for any help.

I would try to purge the sample line several times beforehand.

Then, if that does not work, open a ticket with Neptune service.

I did the trident restart and that solved problem
