Anyone have a working phone number for them? I ordered a three shelf stand, and gave them the dimensions of the three tanks, this is what I got. All I have is the two sides for the third shelf neither pvc shelf fits the stand they sent me, and it will only fit one of the three tanks, on the top shelf may 9th was the last response I’ve gotten from them asking what was missing.
(This is not fully assembled fyi, but you can see the parts left on the bottom shelf)

It doesn’t look like you have the framing square? I would double check you have the parts configured correctly.

They don’t have a phone number and very slow CS, big reason I went a different route, they do respond on here regularly though and are usually very helpful.

The bottom shelf is 100% square, the top isn’t, but in direction it’s missing material it is square. It’s off by like 1/4” and I’m missing over an inch of material.
