Part of a tank tear down, controller got wet and stopped working, so the actual dry side portion should be fine.

What’s all over dryside? Is wet side, spacers, box included?
 
Dust and dirt - it came from a tank teardown and I haven't cleaned it up yet. No spacers or box or wetside.
