what is the return policy for noop lights? Can I return them if I don’t like the way they look after I buy them?

I believe you have 30 days to return with no fees

To my knowledge for as long as I've been shipping, no one has ever returned them due to dislike, lack of spectrum or anything like that :)

It is also very rare that I have a warranty issue. I can count them on 1 hand for the year

Exactly the reviews have kept me hanging in there. The utter lack of customer service had reduced my confidence in these guys. I finally got an update after sending another message.

I got an update from ups about a delivery from HONG KONG YAOFENG TRADING LIMITED. Says delivered 12/30/24. UPS doesn’t have the package and origination is china. Posting so maybe this helps others understand the process.
